We are happy to accept returns within 14 days from date of purchase. To return an item, please email us with the reason for the return and your order number.
Proof of purchase is required for all returns. Please keep your order number safe.
Please be aware we are unable to offer free returns for items ordered by mistake, or items that are no longer required. The shipping cost, if any, from your original order will not be refunded. We strongly recommend that you return any items via a registered trackable service and obtain and retain proof of posting as we do not accept responsibility for items that fail to arrive with us.
Clearance items are not eligible for return/refund. Please make sure you keep a copy of the return receipt/tracking number.
